Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Call prospects that are generated by multi-channel sources
  • Prosecute contacts and leads generated by targeted marketing campaigns
  • Identify decision makers within targeted accountss to begin sales process
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base
  • Collaborate with Business Development Director and Sales Executive to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Sales Executives
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
  • Consistently enter new customer data and update activities and status changes to existing accounts in the Bpm’online CRM
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales

Requirements:

  • University or college degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.

We are currently building our US team which is based in Boston and looking for a dynamic individual for the position of Office Manager. Reporting to the General Manager of North America, the Office Manager will be responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the US offices.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of position:

We are expanding our presence in the US and currently looking to fill the position of Partner Development Manager in bpm’online’s Boston office.

A Partner Development Manager is the primary role within our channel partner program. The Partner Development Manager is responsible for building, maintaining and managing sound, productive relationships with current and prospective channel partners.

Responsibilities of position:

  • Identify and contact potential partners for new business opportunities
  • Conduct strategic presentations and system demo sessions to recruit and sign new partnerships
  • Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners
