Choose the best deployment option for BPMonline solutions:

  • On-Demand - use the system installed on the server of the certified provider.
  • On-Site - access the system hosted on the client's in-house servers.

All products that are built on the BPMonline platform are available in both On-Demand (SaaS) and On-Site models.

Depending on the company’s policy you can choose one of the following deployment options:

The subscription for BPMonline CRM On-Demand (using the application hosted on the servers of the certified data center) includes:

  • Technical support.

The cost BPMonline CRM On-Site (using the application hosted on the servers of the client) supposes onetime payment and includes:

  • Lifetime license for BPMonline CRM.
  • BPMonline CRM maintenance services for the first year after the purchase*:
    • Delivery of BPMonline CRM new versions
    • Resolving critical technical issues
    • Dedicated Customer Success Manager

*The purchase of maintenance services for the next years of BPMonline CRM usage is required and billed additionally on a yearly basis.
