BPMonline Service Desk On-Demand

For some countries the price can be increased by a value of tax.

The subscription for BPMonline Service Desk On-Demand (using the application hosted on the servers of the certified data center) includes:

  • Usage of the Service Desk application.
  • Updates to all new versions of BPMonline Service Desk.
  • Technical support.
  • 1 Gb of storage space.

Cost of additional 1Gb of storage space is $7€5£4.25 per year

The BPMonline Outlook Connector license option is available only on an opt-in / opt-out basis, meaning the connector can not be selected for a portion of BPMonline Service Desk licenses purchased.

Concurrent licensing option supposes the purchase of BPMonline Service Desk licenses only for the users working in the system simultaneously.

"Month" should be understood as the period of 30 calendar days.

BPMonline Service Desk On-Site

For some countries the price can be increased by a value of tax.

The cost of BPMonline Service Desk On-Site (using the application hosted in-house) supposes onetime payment and includes:

  • Lifetime license for BPMonline Service Desk.
  • BPMonline Service Desk maintenance for the first year after the purchase*:

    • Delivery of BPMonline Service Desk new versions.
    • Resolving critical technical issues.

*Software maintenance for the next years of BPMonline Service Desk usage is required and billed additionally on a yearly basis. The cost of maintenance services equals to 15% from the licenses cost.

The cost of BPMonline Service Desk On-Site doesn’t include technical support package.
