Pilot testing helps clients get familiar with the guidelines, procedures, roles and responsibilities enabling consistent, reliable and secure usage of the solution. To help users capture the necessary information, consultants provide them with the role-based instructions and explain the basics.

The actual adoption is the final stage of the project when the system starts working at full capacity. This stage completes the project.
