    We expect our Business Development Manager to originate and manage a full sales cycle, presenting the added value of bpm’online on each stage, generate revenue through direct sales filling a pipeline, manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the company’s strategy for sustainable revenue growth..


  • Generate, develop and close new business in a defined and growing sector.
  • Accurately forecast and close large accounts to exceed client acquisition goals.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Coordinate and conduct on-site assessments of potential clients’ needs and requirements..
  • Propose appropriate software application based on the prospect’s pain points.
  • Travel to meetings with potential clients.
  • Develop, direct and manage prospecting strategy to secure C and VP level meetings.


  • 2-4 year degree required, preferably in Business.
  • At least 4 years of successful experience in selling software, SaaS or technology and/or consultancy services, B2B sales.
  • Experience in closing deals with enterprise accounts.
  • Experience at delivering convincing arguments to an executive audience.
  • Experience with CRM/BPM software strongly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional prospecting skills, goal-driven with a well-defined understanding of the selling process.
  • Proven leadership, networking, persuasion and management skills as a sales / business development executive.
  • Strategic approach and the ability to solve unstructured business problems.
  • High-energy and a result oriented new business hunter focused on building productive relationships at the top levels of enterprises, able to present a demo, create and identify customer needs.
