About You & The Role
A successful Regional Sales Director at bpm’online will be a driven, energetic, and proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong grip on numbers. A highly motivated individual with a track record of hiring and empowering a team to achieve their goals and push the boundaries of what’s possible together. This role involves managing a team of account executives, developing, aligning, and executing a regional G2M strategy as well as maintaining relationships with key clients and channel partners. The role is based in the UK, London with the office location in the Liverpool Street area.
The ideal candidate has:
  • Proven track record in software enterprise and corporate sales (5+ years)
  • Proven track record in managing successful sales teams (4+ years of managerial experience, 5+ sales reps)
  • Experience with selling business application software (CRM, ERP, BPM, etc.)
  • Experience covering multiple European countries (ideally - EMEA)
  • Experience scaling sales organization within a rapidly growing company
  • Exceptional leadership skills and deep expertise in enterprise selling
  • Detail and results oriented personality with the sense of urgency and high level of ownership
  • Technical skilled and product-minded (will be able to learn and understand the product)
Sales and business development:
  • Designs, aligns and executes regional Go-to-Market strategy
  • Develops pipeline by launching sales-driven lead generation initiatives
  • Constantly improves sales process
  • Manages key customer journey conversions
  • Accurately maintains sales forecast
  • Effectively runs sales meetings and pipeline reviews
  • Identifies risks and builds up long term plans
Team management:
  • Designs the organization structure to scale effectively
  • Brings and enables talented individuals to the team

Enterprise sales:
  • Analyses opportunities from different dimensions
