London, UK, 16 March 2012 – Process-based CRM specialist, BPMonline, has unveiled a more cost-effective purchasing model for the latest version of its 5.3 CRM software.

Concurrent licensing reduces CRM investment

A key innovation of BPMonline CRM latest edition is concurrent licensing. Now, rather than buying a licence for each of their employees, companies can purchase only the number of licences equivalent to the number of simultaneous connections planned.

CEO and co-founder of BPMonline, Katerina Kostereva commented, “Concurrent licensing will make our solution more attractive than rival products because you only need to purchase the total number of BPMonline CRM licences for the number of users working simultaneously. This can considerably cut the sum of investments needed for an average CRM implementation. However, very few SaaS products are distributed using this model.”

Other new features provide enhanced functionality for both users and developers:

  • BPMonline CRM integration with Google Contacts and Google Calendar provides bi-directional synchronisation of contacts and tasks with your Google account.
  • Enhanced capabilities of business process modeling engine allows even easier system customisation.
  • A new API for developers is now available.
