BPMonline announces the new 5.4 version release of the first-class IT Service Management product BPMonline Service Desk. This ITIL-compliant system armed with sophisticated business process management engine is easy to use and provides deep user-friendly customization at an incredibly inexpensive price point.

The latest version of BPMonline Service Desk delivers a number of new features:

  • BPMonline Service Desk + Agent Desktop
    Now all Agent Desktop features are available for BPMonline Service Desk. This configuration provides contact centre agents with instant access to information from the Service Desk in addition to contact center features.
  • Improved user customization
    BPMonline Service Desk customization has been simplified. The agile UI modification toolbox enables end users to modify the application without involving IT specialists. Single form allows you to quickly add new fields, rename and hide fields, make fields mandatory, etc.
  • New business process elements and functions
    Improved and updated tools for process management allow you to build more flexible ITSM processes and manage them effectively. BPMonline Service Desk 5.4 now comes with a fully enriched arsenal of tools for complex ITSM processes and service automation. For example, you can add formula calculations straight into the heart of the process, directly affecting the flow of the system. The new formula function applies calculations using the values of process parameters, system settings and variables to change the properties of the outgoing function or service.
