In 2015, the SFA market grew at an annual rate of 9.8%, to almost $6 billion, with almost all growth related to cloud-based revenue.

The SFA market is projected to grow to more than $9.4 billion by 2019, with SaaS-based solutions continuing to take a larger revenue share of the total SFA market

Eighty-four percent of respondents bought SFA solutions to improve operational efficiencies, and 62% to drive revenue growth
