What to say? It was a real pleasure to participate in this contest. We have grown both professionally and spiritually for the last 5 month. Seven Deadly Sins of CRM Adoption

Despite the relative maturity of the CRM industry, ratio of successful implementations is quite low. Problems may be specific to a region, like low literacy in some areas in India, but usually problems are uniform around the world. I thought it would be useful to collect the most typical issues that plague CRM project and touch on ways to solve them. At September 15 and 16 social media gurus conducted Social CRM training. The training venue is one of SAP offices, they have excellent balcony with a gorgeous view of the Valley.

Mr. Bruce Culbert started the day with a brief agenda of the first training day and did his best to convince audience that BTP Partners is a very cool company :)

CRM Idol. First Impressions

All of colleagues that are involved in CRM Idol contest can feel relief because today we’ve got hyper-positive judge’s review of BPMonline CRM! Yeehaa! Three months of preparations finally brought desired feedback :) It was really intensive and fun.

This Wednesday skyrocketed the pressure, but our speakers Katerina Kostereva and Vitaly Gdulya were completely concentrated and well-prepared, so they did their best and presented our company and product in a very cool and expressive manner.

How To Enable Popup Windows

BPMonline CRM uses popup windows to display detailed information in a separate window. E.g. popup windows are used to display cards. In this way we preserve experience of desktop applications hence facilitate user adoption.

Most of browsers block these windows. You may have encountered this situation if you have tried to add or open a card. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to automatically allow popups. This instruction is aimed to help users take this hurdle.
