BPMonline On-Demand Price

1. For some countries the price can be increased by a value of tax.
2. The subscription for BPMonline CRM On-Demand (using the application hosted on the servers of the certified data center) includes:
• Usage of the CRM application.
• Updates to all new versions of BPMonline CRM.
• Technical support.
3. The BPMonline Outlook Connector license option is available only on an opt-in / opt-out basis, meaning the connector can not be selected for a portion of BPMonline CRM licenses purchased.

BPMonline On-Site Price

1. For some countries the price can be increased by a value of tax.
2. The cost of BPMonline CRM On-Site (using the application hosted in-house) supposes onetime payment and includes:
   • Lifetime license for BPMonline CRM.
   • BPMonline CRM maintenance for the first year after the purchase*:
     • Delivery of BPMonline CRM new versions
     • Resolving critical technical issues
     • Dedicated Customer Success Manager

   *Software maintenance for the next years of BPMonline CRM usage is required and billed additionally on a yearly basis.

   The cost of BPMonline CRM On-Site doesn’t include technical support package.
