For some countries the price can be increased by a value of tax.

The subscription for BPMonline CRM On-Demand (using the application hosted on the servers of the certified data center) includes:

  • Usage of the CRM application.
  • Updates to all new versions of BPMonline CRM.
  • Technical support.
  • Customer Success Manager.
  • 1 Gb of storage space.

Cost of additional 1Gb of storage space is $7€5£4.25 per year.

The BPMonline Outlook Connector license option is available only on an opt-in / opt-out basis, meaning the connector can not be selected for a portion of BPMonline CRM licenses purchased.

Concurrent licensing option supposes the purchase of BPMonline CRM licenses only for the users working in the system simultaneously.

"Month" should be understood as the period of 30 calendar days.

BPMonline CRM On-Site

For some countries the price can be increased by a value of tax.

The cost of BPMonline CRM On-Site (using the application hosted in-house) supposes onetime payment and includes:

  • Lifetime license for BPMonline CRM.
  • BPMonline CRM maintenance for the first year after the purchase*:

    • Delivery of BPMonline CRM new versions.
    • Resolving critical technical issues.
    • Customer Success Manager.

*Software maintenance for the next years of BPMonline CRM usage is required and billed additionally on a yearly basis. The cost of maintenance services equals to 15% from the licenses cost.

The cost of BPMonline CRM On-Site doesn’t include technical support package.
